Job Description

·       Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.

·       Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved RAMS and permits.

·       Ensure proper PPE compliance, access control, and safe work practices.

·       Assist in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and worker safety induction programs.

·       Coordinate with main contractor safety team for corrective action follow-up.

·       Maintain safety documentation including inspection records, reports, and statistics.

·       Support emergency drills and preparedness planning.

·       Assist Safety Manager in audits, reporting, and incident investigation.

 

Work Arrangement vs Construction Status:

·       One Senior Safety Officer currently covering all Shwin projects.

·       Second Senior Safety Officer will be mobilized once construction expands to multiple active work fronts / increased manpower.
