Job Description

Ø  To provide necessary service for all products responsible for Biomedical service team. In particular, service engineer must support the following products - Biomedical products, Surgical care products, Point of care products and Ortho Products.

Ø  For Installation, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance services of Biomedical products and Surgical products (Trump, Hill-Rom, C&U, Erbe, Medtronic, Integra, Fuji Endoscopy System, Point of care products and Ortho products). (Surgical products experience preferred.)

Ø  Responsible for installation and after-sales services support for Surgical products and medical systems.

Ø  Especially Install, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for Surgical care products. (Erbe, Medtronic, Integra and Endoscopy system).

Ø  As a newly appointed service engineer, it is necessary to have experience with Surgical products.

Ø  As a service engineer, the installation must be done in accordance with the specified terms.

Ø  To ensure proper functioning of surgical machines, the necessary regular checks must be done precisely on a monthly basis.

Ø  Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with surgical equipment, including electronic, mechanical, and software-related problems.

Ø  Must be able to work meticulously according to the rules set for corrective maintenance.

Ø  Must be able to visit the customer site outside of office hours according to business needs.

Ø  Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventory.

Ø  Responsible for documenting the results of all inspections, maintenance and tests.

Ø  Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of surgical equipment.

Ø  Must be patient and understanding and able to cooperate with others according to business needs.

Ø  Collaborate with other team members, including biomedical engineers, technicians, and sales representatives, to meet customer needs and exceed service expectations.
