Job Description

Ø  Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within an assigned sales territory or account in a business to customer environment

Ø  Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

Ø  Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Ø  Response to incoming email and phone enquiries

Ø  Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.

Ø  Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Ø  frequent customer visits and travelling

Ø  Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations

Ø  Create detailed proposal documents

Ø  Negotiating contracts and packages.

Ø  Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Ø  Prepare documents as ISO requirements

Ø  Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
