Job Description

·       Understanding and in-depth knowledge, experience of constructions procedures and work sequences.

·       To coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.

·       To make sure materials, tools and manpower are adequate, everything is in proper order and state of maintenance.

·       To supervise and train workers.

·       Monitoring workers allocating general, assigned areas and specific job duties to workers.

·       To Supervise use of equipment, tools and machinery.

·       To supervise and ensure all workers and operations follow safety requirements, necessary precautions and quality standards.

·       To follow up working supervision and instructions by engineers and management and safety personnel for site safety works.

·       To keep daily records of workers' attendances, usage of tools and construction materials.

·       To regularly check around the workplace and keep a good access way and maintain good housekeeping.

·       To know basic electrical wiring systems for tools and its safe manner at the workplace.
