· Manages assigned product portfolio/solution and provides the solution to the customer to achieve the target.

· Works with professional technical knowledge of the assigned product.

· Build strategic relationships with product vendors to deliver the value to customers.

· Plan and implement the development knowledge of assigned products for presales, technical, and customers.

· Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations.

· Create and present customized technical solutions.

· Support proof of concept (POC) and pilot implementations.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify the customer’s business need.

· Coordinate and support presales to provide product information, solution, training, and other required information.

· Work closely with all stakeholders in the development of the assigned product to generate revenue growth.

· Deliver services with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.

· Graduated in IT or similar role.

· At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry (Presales/ IT solutions) is preferred.

· Passion to work in the technology industry.

· Eager to learn new technologies and systems.

· Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrates ability to achieve results.

· Written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Able to travel if required.
