Job Description

·       Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

·       Achieve sales targets and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue.

·       Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely stock replenishment.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and ethical practices.

·       Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold operational standards.

·       Monitor financial transactions and assist in cash handling procedures.

·       Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Operations Manager.

·       Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.

·       Implement loss prevention measures and monitor shrinkage.

·       Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of shop staff.
