Job Description

·       Taking care of Kubota's Dealer Spare Parts Operation Development

·       Update market trends (cooperate with AD and their sub-dealers) and educate dealers about parts operation and evaluation

·       Market visits and surveys related to the spare parts market share

·       Make plans and proposals for promotional activities at events. Collect competitor information by updating and reporting to the supervisor.

·       Solve customer and dealer complaints about technical issues/errors related to the use of spare parts.
