Job Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and information to management if necessary
- Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management
- Problem Solving

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and TestCase
- Check for member's documentation
- Implementation Project (Coding development)

- Train interns or new employees if necessary
- Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the Japanese Software Development industry
- Must have at least 2 years of experience writing Japanese documents (basic/detail/database design, test case etc.)
- Must have JLPT or NAT-Test N2 certificate
- Must have experience in direct communication with Japanese.
- Must have experience as a Sub-Leader or Leader in Project Development
- Must have experience in any programming language Java, C# etc. (Preferable in Java Project Experience)
- Strong in database SQL queries in Oracle/MySQL
- Implementation Project (Coding development)
- SHELL script (Understand Linux command) is optional
- Experience in the usage of EC2 of AWS is optional
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Leadership and good management skills
