Job Description

v  Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality

v  Do team progress control, manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

v  Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem occurs

v  To understand all members skill-set and support with each other effectively

v  To understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding

v  To understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and do other's review the ED/ID/MUT

v  To review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

v  Write and other's review the bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

v  Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members.
