Job Responsibilities
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening, skills tests etc.).
• Design the manpower plan, focus, recruitment strategy. Supervise members of the recruiting team and to develop employment process.
• Define and make sure job analysis(JA), job description(JD), job specification(JS) and employee engagement.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone interviews and video conferencing if needed.
• Source and find qualified candidates for open job positions using a variety of search methods to effectively develop candidate pools including job portal, LinkedIn and recruitment agency.
• Must be able to carry out HR tasks in accordance with recruitment timelines, deadline, recruiting SOPs and KPIs.
• Facilitate the job offer process by extending the employment contract and negotiating the employment terms.
• Reduces the Cost of Recruitment
• Perform reference background checks.
• Prepare a recruitment dashboard and HR report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
• Employee Probation Process, Employee Transfer, Employee Contract, Employee Relationship, and the Exit Interview Process.
• Work with internal SBUs/departments to create effective recruitment and employment tactic via use of the internet, social media, job pages, related industry fields, networking, and university/college relations.
• Report directly to the Assistant Head and Corporate HR Head (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor Degree.
• Age between 30 ~40 years old.
• Master Degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields is an advantage.
• 5 years and above experience in related HR field. At least 3 years of experience as a specialize
in Recruitment field or Recruiter for business.
• Pleasant personality, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both
Myanmar and English.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, HRMS and related business and communication tools.
• Experience hiring for roles of all levels and functions, technical and non-technical.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail and perform the initiative manner.
