Job Description

· Lead the network engineering team to plan and deploy robust network infrastructure across all RFID project sites.

· Design and implement network layouts, addressing schemes, and redundancy planning.

· Ensure proper integration of RFID & CCTV systems into core network. -Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.

· Collaborate with other departments like DC Core, Site Facilities, and Application teams.

· Maintain documentation on configurations, network diagrams, and change logs.

· Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for network equipment and services.

· Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and data protection policies.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years experience in network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, IP routing, and telecom systems.

· At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in large-scale deployment projects.

· Strong understanding of RFID integration, CCTV systems, and network security protocols.

· Hands on experience with switches, routers, firewall, and fiber optics.

· Ability to lead engineers and coordinate with multiple teams under projects timelines.

· Good written and verbal communication skills(English proficiency is a plus).
