Job Responsibilities
- Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
- Pro-actively and continuously identify new opportunities to drive the portfolio and activation through a clear understanding of the consumer and competition.
- Develop and implement of the brand strategy for new and existing products along with Head of Sales and executing the activities with the team.
- Analyze competitor brands and activities as well as sales performance of company portfolio and company activations to consolidate into reports for analysis in order to continuously create and adapt strategies to market situations.
- Analyzing brand positioning in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights.
- Conducting competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development.
- Driving brand awareness across POSM materials development aligned with trade and consumer promotion plan.
- POSM Allocation / Visibility standardization at all channels
- Monitoring the product display, visibility and pricing in right placement. (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise)
- Monitoring the POSM development across the assigned regions (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise)
- Effective visibility on the ground including display.
- Manage implementation of marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc. to gain market share.
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Develop and monitor marketing budget including expenditures and perform cost- benefit analysis to determine return on investment for key activities.
- Ensure to inform to Head of Sales regarding with the budget review and spending & balance status in the operation and brainstorm for action plans.
- Responsible for conducting general market research to keep the competitor’s information. Activities, pricing, marketing situation, own product brand positioning, etc. and brainstorming with COO for action plans.
- Responsible for overall monitoring and managing brand development activities of the department and reporting to Head of Sales.
- Ensuring all relevant reports for branding are accurate and sent ON TIME to Management concerned.
- Other ad-hoc assignment as required by Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or related field; MBA (or related Master’s) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related field; portfolio required
B. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, including CRM campaigns, online tracking tools,
with an understanding of digital advertising metrics.
- Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc...)
- Ability to think critically or creatively
- Budget - Management skills and proficiency
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
