Job Description

Sales Support & Monitoring

v  Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

v  Monitor daily sales activities and report progress to the supervisor/manager.

v  Provide support in identifying new market opportunities and customer segments.

v  Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

 

Team Coordination

v  Supervise and guide junior sales and marketing staff.

v  Assist in scheduling and allocating sales tasks to team members.

v  Provide training and motivation to improve team performance.

Marketing Activities

v  Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.

v  Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials.

v  Monitor online and offline marketing activities and provide feedback for improvement.

 

Customer Relationship Management

v  Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

v  Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

v  Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services

 

Reporting & Documentation

v  Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

v  Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales performance.

v  Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.

Job Requirements

v  Any Graduate.

v  A diploma in sales, customer service, or marketing management is a plus.

v  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.

v  Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position is preferred.

v  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

v  Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.

v  Leadership and team management capabilities.

v  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

v  Good time management and organizational abilities.

v  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

v  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

v  Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required.

v  Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
