Job Description

· To do Data Entry and update, and analysis jobs for transport logistics and delivery to customers, and empty pallet tracking jobs. (per daily basics).

· To communicate with suppliers, LSPs, and customers for operations (Delivery, Stock transfer jobs, reverse and return logistics

· To perform the transaction (GR/GI/Stock transfer) and activity in ERP Next, and to update the daily inventory report and delivery report to work in operational processes internally with cross-functional department

· To assist with any assigned job according to requirements

· Have to monitor the delivery status with the route plan on live.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Uni Student level applicable

· Must have good knowledge of ISO 9001 and personal hygiene awareness.

· Must have good communication skills with common sense with excellent working attitude (Can do attitude

· Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics field, who has experience in coordination

· Able to communicate in English Basic, essential to write an email

· Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to perform data entry and prepare reports at the intermediate level.

· Have to be able to work overtime as per operational needs

Physically fit to work in a manufacturing-based industry.
