Job Description

·       Oversee the operation of all warehouses, receive, identify and verify materials.

·       Manage the inventory management system and inform relevant departments for stock replacement.

·       Submit damaged materials reports to the procurement department and executive director.

·       Build effective communication networks with other departments for information sharing.

·       Keep staff motivated, resolve conflicts and assign specific responsibilities.

·       Safeguard warehouse operations and monitor security procedures.

·       Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff while checking operational results.

·       Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training them in cooperation with the HR Administration department.

·       Coach, consult and discipline staff by evaluating job performance results.

·       Conduct regular ground checking on all items.

·       Deliver updated warehouse staff information to the HR Administration department.
