Job Description
· Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical systems. They ensure the proper functioning of control and monitoring equipment such as sensors and actuators, and enforce safety and efficiency across all operations.
· Establish, implement and maintain a preventative Maintenance System for the Electrical & Instrumentation system which identifies potential faults and minimizes downtime.
· Establish calibration, integrity control and inspection procedure, guideline and instruction for making sure all the electrical equipment and instruments were well function
· Provide training to the Maintenance & Operations team to continually develop capability with and understanding of the site Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
· Conduct regular formal reviews of the Electrical & Instrumentation system to identify continuous improvement, upgrade and optimization opportunities.
· Provide Leadership, direction and support for the maintenance and operations team with respect to Electrical & Instrumentation systems with particular regard to fault finding and rectification and system integrity.
· Ensure all E & I drawings and system documentation are up to date with all interfaces and process mapping well documented.
· Identify essential E & I spare parts and establish and maintain a suitable spare parts store which optimizes maintenance efficiency and minimizes systems downtime.
· Backfill the Operations Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor roles when required.
· Maintain high level of safety standards & supervise/promote a safe work environment amongst team. Implement safety systems. Participate in all training and meetings scheduled by the management of the Terminal.
· Comply with company requirements and systems relating to HSEC & Quality and other Company policies. Including - To report unsafe equipment and work practices. - Participate in incident investigations. - Complete Assigned Office and Area Inspections.
· The Company reserves the right to change the Employee’s place of work to any other location either temporarily or permanently as the business may require. The Employee may be required to travel both domestically or overseas in the performance of his or her duties.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Engineering Degree in Electrical /Electronic.
· 2 years minimum experience in oil industry facilities, in areas related to supply chain
· Training and Qualifications in Electrical Installations in Hazardous Atmospheres.
· Preferably with knowledge of Quality Management System i.e.ISO 9000
· Profession in PLC, SCADA for Operation Process Control and Safety System
· Computer literacy: Microsoft Office applications.
· Bilingual: English and + Myanmar.
· Fault Finding system diagnosis.
· Report Writing.
