Job Description

Ø  Manage and responsible for all of daily operations of the Hatchery: workers (egg team and chick team), temporary workers, pull-out and vaccination operation

Ø  Incubation program management, communicating with partners for finding out reasons, solutions to improve incubation program

Ø  Hatchery technical check up, procedures making up, forms and following up daily operations

Ø  Responsible for maintenance whole hatchery, M&E, spare-part, technical tools

Ø  Responsible for to chick quality including vaccination quality, injection quality, tilter adaptation, client feedback and DOCs storage condition

Ø  Managing weekly break out and diagnosis, overview issues or problems and control good hatching result

Ø  Lab test development, sampling for DOCs blood tilter, sanity lab test control 

Ø  Egg transportation, egg grading, collection and setting/hatching plan  

Ø  Data collection for each hatch and source tractability

Ø  Preventive maintenance for each setting, following up daily technical report and checking up

Ø  Reporting to Sales Director for production planning and chick entrance of client farms

Ø  Biosecurity and disinfection procedures, checking up cleaning and disinfectant quality

Ø  All technical maintenance: technician rooms, incubators, pump houses, waste water houses, air inlet, ceiling, camera system   

Ø  Guests visit, training in-external staffs and international staffs etc.

Ø  Weekly report about the hatchery overview to General Director
