Job Description

• Lead recruitment effort, including job postings, candidates screening and interviews
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
• Keep all employee's personal files systematically and update information as necessary.
• Check probation and send the probation assessment form to the relevant department head.
• Under the direction of the HR Manager, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of related matters.
• Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
• Handle employee resignation and termination process.
• Assist to Manage for training and development programs.                      
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
