Job Description

·       Accurately categorizing and recording costs for each construction project (labor, raw materials, machinery rental, and subcontractor fees).

·       Cross-referencing subcontractor progress payment billings and retention amounts, as well as supplier invoices, against QS approvals and purchase vouchers

·       Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts, monitoring project site petty cash expenditures, and auditing receipts on a monthly basis

·       Preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, budget-versus-actual cost comparisons (variance analysis), and project-specific profitability reports.

·       Preparing financial records in compliance with tax laws (Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax, Personal Income Tax) and coordinating with external auditors.

·       Verifying and processing monthly salaries for head office staff and wage payments for site workers.
