To conduct comprehensive on-site/ remote user training and education for new systems installation.
To provide clinical application presentation to the users for the update technology.
Troubleshooting image quality problems and issues related to scan protocol.
To support clinical and technical knowledge to customers with follow up site visit and

refreshed training.

To establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites and good communication with suppliers.
To support on customer academic activities, research/ development program as and when such need arises.
To support professional conferences by performing products demonstration and promotions.
Implementation and filling of documents concerned with the position.

B.Med.Tech (Medical Imaging Technology)
Radiographer experience at Imaging Field for 2-3 years
Work experience in a medical device company as a medical imaging applications specialist for1-2 years.
Technical expertise in radiography and imaging systems with strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to customers/users in hospitals and clinics.
Strong ability to provide products and applications demonstrations and training
Good understanding of customer needs, problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
