Job Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for
- Sein & sauce and & Gusto &cake.
- Participate in market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Campaign Development and Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and
- events.
- Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and meet predefined objectives.
- Content Creation:
- Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email
- marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations.
- Product Positioning and Branding:
- Work on strategies to position "Sein" and "Gusto" as high-quality and authentic food products in the market.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Public Relations and Media Management:
- Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and press releases.
- Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews and features.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget for campaigns and projects.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving marketing goals.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and organize promotional events and product launches.
- Oversee event logistics and coordination with vendors and partners.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor & degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master & degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret marketing performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
