Job Description
- Review the project estimation/schedule and feedback to leader/member
- Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
- Do project quality management based on target level and take action for improvement
- Review the Quality Report and feedback to leader/member
- Catch-up the bugs/errors analysis result/action and do report to customers and PM
- Catch-up the overall progress and do negotiation with customers or PM if necessary
- Create Quotation or Proposal and present to customer/PM
- Understand and catch-up all resources' skill-set in team and make each person skill level up
Job Requirements
- Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle Skill and
- At least 6 years’ experience in System Development and at least 2 year experience of project management
- System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, Oracle SQL, Postgres SQL etc.)
- Do manpower estimation and create schedule
- Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
- Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
- Can manage resource of up to 20 members in one project
- Understand all members skill-set, manage team members’ development and make assign tasks effectively
- Good command of English
- Must have Japanese Level N5 or N4
- English Upper-Intermediate level (Optional)
