Job Description
- Assist the management establish call center team in the beginning, manage the call center team in future.
- Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls by system in a timely manner.
- Handle chat with customers by social media tools.
- Identify customers requirements and try to provide solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, optimize the knowledge database of trouble shooting.
- Be responsible for all the open issues, drive relevant team involve it until the issue be closed.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: college graduated
- Previous experience in hotline operator role, has know-how on call center establishment in Bangladesh.
- Management experience on call center team at least 3 staffs.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with call center systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Good written and oral English.
- Those with background in electronic or computer network technology will be preferred.
