Job Description

  • Assist the management establish call center team in the beginning, manage the call center team in future.
  • Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls by system in a timely manner.
  • Handle chat with customers by social media tools.
  • Identify customers requirements and try to provide solutions.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, optimize the knowledge database of trouble shooting.
  • Be responsible for all the open issues, drive relevant team involve it until the issue be closed.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: college graduated
  • Previous experience in hotline operator role, has know-how on call center establishment in Bangladesh.
  • Management experience on call center team at least 3 staffs.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with call center systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Good written and oral English.
  • Those with background in electronic or computer network technology will be preferred.
