Job Description

·       Prepare daily service ways plan and link with related department.

·       Check daily service request and job assign to service team member.

·       Developing and implementing technical strategies as the plans.

·       Assist in monitoring and evaluating technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

·       Check service report and feedback to team.

·       Follow up to technician to finish service request within lead-time

·       Train to technician about technical knowledge and customer service

·       Prepare service report and report to Line Manager.

·       Conduct research and analysis to identify technical solutions and improvements.

·       Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of technical activities.
