· Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations.

· Ensure timely updates of product listings, promotions, and website content.

· Monitor the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and visuals.

· Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

· Assist in the development of sales forecasts and performance reports for management

· Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions.

· Enhance the online customer journey by identifying and resolving usability issues.

· Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to e-commerce orders.

· Stay up-to-date with e-commerce

· Any Graduate plus diploma in digital marketing, (BBA, MBA, MCSc more preferable)

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

· Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and content management systems (CMS).

· Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not required).

· Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior in e-commerce.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
