Job Description

v  Manage and responsible logistics process (finished goods delivery) on time

v  Manage raw materials arrangement (including like – raw recycle, chemical and waste)

v  Responsible for planning, streamlining and executing logistics workflows and procedures.

v  Oversee a team that focuses on new employees training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staffers

v  Supervise day-to-day support activities, coordinate clerical tasks, and lead teams of logistics

v  Support management improves the logistics process and enhances efficiency

v  Responsible for overseeing all logistics functions into the business

v  Responsible to manage the delivery transportation, focus vehicles cleaning and maintenance sector

v  Make the budget plan for department monthly expenses according to the company policies

v  Responsible for managing logistics, catering, and other event-related arrangements

v  Monitor and control logistics expenses within budgetary constraints.

v  Implement SOPs, policies and KPIS for an efficient logistics team

v  Manage car fuel and expense tracking and GPS route

v  Manage overall logistics arrangements
