Job Description
❖ Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information, recommending options and implementing directives.
❖ Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
❖ Evaluates all brands and packages on a semi-annual basis and eliminates those brands which fail to meet the required performance standards.
❖ Participate in the development of Company budget and ensures compliance with all budgetary guidelines.
❖ Discuss all major financial or personnel related matters with COO prior to implementation.
❖ Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
❖ Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
❖ Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
❖ Maintain marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
❖ Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
❖ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
❖ Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and governmental regulations.
❖ Evaluate and update Company procedures on an as needed basis.
❖ Evaluate the performance of all appropriate management personnel in writing on an annual basis, as well as conducting verbal coaching and counseling sessions on a quarterly basis.
❖ Approve incentive/promotional programs, as well as special event activities.
❖ Approve new products prior to distribution.
❖ Evaluate departmental manpower needs and overall organizational structure.
❖ Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
❖ Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
❖ Interface with suppliers and follow up to ensure that the routine and requested information is supplied in a timely manner.
❖ Ensuring all relevant reports are accurate and sent ON TIME to COO.
Job Requirements
- Total Exp 10 – 15 years, Rel exp 8 – 10 years of beverage experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master Degree in sales, marketing or related field preferred

- Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc...)
- Ability to think critically or creatively
- Experience analyzing large amount of data
- Work under pressure
- Budget - Management skills and proficiency
- Good at team management
- Highly motivated and passionate about merchandising
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
