Job Description

 Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.

 Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

 Lead the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare sales reports.

 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

 Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

 Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

 Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify

opportunities and threats.

 Manage marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, and promotional materials.

 Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.

 Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.

 Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.

 Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

 Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor & degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master&preferred).

Experience

 Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

 Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, prefer by in FMCG (Frozen & Chill).

Skills Required

 Strong team management and leadership abilities.

 Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and resources.

 Ability to make decisions using analysis and facts.

 Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
