v Any Bachelor’s Degree.

v Diploma in Human Resource Management

v Diploma in Human Resource Development

v Age between 30 to 45 Years.

v 5+ Years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.

v 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee relation.

v Minimum 8 – 10 Years’ experience in Human Resource Management.\

v Good Knowledge Myanmar Labour Law.

v Good knowledge HR Policy and Procedure.

v HRIS knowledge and reporting skill.

v English Language (Intermediate Level)

v Excellent at interpersonal skills, Leadership & Teamwork skills.

v Excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

v Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

v Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

v Can work under pressure.
