Job Requirements

v  Any Bachelor degree

v  Diploma (or) Certificate in Human Resource Management

v  Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in the large organization.

v  One Year Experience in HRD

v  Age between 25-35 year

v  Good Knowledge HR Policy and Procedure.

v  Advising & Coaching

v  Human Resource Development

v  Good Communication & Leadership & Teamwork skills

v  Can work under the pressure.

v  Excellent at problem solving skills.

v  Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
