· Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and network equipment

· Provide technical support to end user

· Set up and configure laptops and IT devices

· Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of troubleshooting process

· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

· Participate in implementation of ISMS Activities

· At least 1 year of experience in a related IT field

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant academic background

· Good understanding of Network and Server Virtualization

· Strong personality, good team spirit, and strong work ethics and self-motivation

· Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects according to agreed schedules
