Job Description

· Oversee project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance)

· Report to the Project Manager and management when necessary.

· Provide problem-solving and technical support.

· Analyze systems and review team members' tasks and code

· Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).

· Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Train interns or new employees if necessary

· Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

Job Requirements

· 1+ year of management experience and 6+ years in software development.

· 1+ year of experience in documentation (basic/detail design, unit testing, etc.).

· Proficiency in SQL queries (Oracle/MySQL).

· Experience with project implementation (coding development).

· Strong experience in Java and PHP development.

· Knowledge of Linux commands/SHELL scripting (optional).

· AWS EC2 experience is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) with direct communication experience.

· Strong leadership and management skills.
