· Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Plans

· Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Expand and manage distribution channels

· Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers

· Lead, supervise, and train the sales team

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Plan and execute promotional campaigns

· Prepare and present sales performance reports

· Travel & visit to Market Area

· Any Graduate (MBA is preferred)

· Age between 35 to 40 years

· Strong ability in Sales Planning, Marketing Planning, and Target Setting

· At least (5) years’ experience in Managerial Role & have total (15) years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field

· Proficient in Microsoft Office & English 4 skills

· Willing and able to travel across Lower Myanmar

· Leadership skills with the ability to manage and train team members
