Job Description
ü Responsible for manipulating and investigating the database system issue and problems based on sales operation and warehouse inventory management data.
ü Responsible to analyze, maintain, upgrade and modify Integrated distribution operational system based on the sales operation requirements.
ü Responsible for helping and supporting users of the distribution system used by company operation as a first level support.
ü Database administration for off the shelf and internally developed applications, ensuring continuous 24x7
ü Install, maintain, support, upgrade, patching of multiple databases of medium to high complexity
ü Build scripts automating the daily operations of database management
ü Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Job Requirements
ü Bachelor's Degree (or) Diploma in IT related field or Subject.
ü Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible experience with MS SQL server and database management systems.
ü Experience writing SQL and T-SQL queries to investigate issues to support company operation.
ü Having knowledge/experience in the distribution/FMCG industry would be an advantage.
ü Able to communicate with foreign and local project members in the English language very well.
ü Excellent knowledge of database backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL.
ü Able to work within and after company operations working hour base on operation requirements working hours will be negotiable.
ü Should be willing to learn new technologies and be a self-starter
ü Flexible working hours
ü Able to travel when there is a project.
