· Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying / Commercial team throughout the project lifecycle

· Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.

· Monitor and control project costs, cash flow, cost-to-complete, and commercial risks.

· Manage tendering, procurement, subcontractor selection, contract administration, and LOA processes.

· Review and verify work progress, valuations, interim payment applications, and claims.

· Manage variations, additional works, cost impacts, EOT, and commercial disputes.

· Prepare monthly cost reports, commercial reports, forecasts, and management updates.

· Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.

· Provide commercial and cost-control advice to support project management and cost optimization.

· Lead, mentor, and develop junior Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management, with 3–5 years in a senior or managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-off, budgeting, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control.

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software such as Glodon, Cubicost, or Plan Swift.

· Good knowledge of FIDIC, contract administration, procurement procedures, and applicable construction regulations.

· Strong experience in variations, claims, valuations, payment certificates, cost reporting, and dispute management.

· Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation, commercial, and leadership skills.

· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Able to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
