Job Description
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist customers in resolving issues, processing orders, handling returns, or answering questions related to products and services.
· Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s database.
· Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Provide product information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through processes.
· Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the company's service level agreements (SLAs).
· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback for improvement.
· Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current on company products and customer service best practices.
· Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards timely resolutions.
· Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Job Requirements
· A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
· Additional customer service certifications or training would be advantageous.
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred (typically 1-3 years).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Adaptability to changing customer needs and a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
· English must be influence in both verbal & writing.
