・Create effective and scalable code in Ruby.

・Building back-end component for web applications.

・Testing applications for performance, responsiveness and security.

・Review and debug Junior developer's code.

・Integrate data storage & data processing solutions.

・Build, Install and share gems & plugins and also create automated test scripts.

・Work closely with project manager and collaborate with team members.

・Must lead and support the team technically.

・Bachelor degree or diploma in IT.

・More than 3 years experience as a Ruby Developer.

・More than 4 years experience in Database and SQL.

・Hands-on experience writing command-line apps using Ruby libraries.

・Expertise in Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec.

・Familiarity with development aiding tools {such as Bundler, Rake, etc}

・Hands-on experience in investigation and development related with REST API.

・Proficiency in code versioning tools including Git, Github.

・Understanding of agile software development

・Creating back-end solutions, building efficient gems and integrating front-end components.

・Good understanding in software development cycle.

・English communication skill will be preferred.
