Job Description

· To establish occupational safety, health, and environmental management systems for employers and employees that are compliant with local laws and regulations, and ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS.

· To create a zero-accident workplace for everyone who works or visits the factory compound, including visitors, contractors, and external providers

· The Safety Officer (Supervisor Position) is responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

· The role involves proactive monitoring, education, reporting, and emergency response to prevent workplace hazards and promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily Observation and reporting (Safety, Health, and Environment

· Conduct Daily Toolbox Meeting

· Checklist Inspections

· Contractor Safety Managemen

· Safety Education and Awareness for Employee

· Emergency Response and Dril

· Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is preferred)

· Experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment

· Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position. (Factory background is preferred).

· Awareness of ISO 9001 and personal hygiene

· Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.

· Strong observation and analytical skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.

· Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

· Quick response and problem-solving capabilities in emergencies.
