v Lead end-to-end software development projects, from understanding requirements to deployment

v Collaborate with Project Manager for continuous improvement and project alignment

v Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers

v Ensure high software quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices

v Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient applications

v Work closely with cross-functional team members for successful project delivery

v Identify project risks and proactively resolve technical issues

v Oversee code and documentation reviews for quality assurance

v Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive development documentation

v Contribute to strategic planning and lead technical decision-making

v Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

v 5+ years of experience in software development with 2–3 years in a leadership role

v Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell)

v Strong understanding of SDLC and experience in Agile or Waterfall environments

v Proven experience in system design, architecture, and software lifecycle management

v Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

v Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities

v Experience with version control tools like Git

v Ability to guide and inspire junior engineers

v Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
