Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing the variety of products from oversea and local
- Estimate and Actual landed cost calculations.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Deal and check third party activities of clearance processes.
- Check monthly stock report update usage and inventory valuation.
- Monitor physical stock balance with inventory ledger.
- Documentation process of Supply Chain Dept. (Collecting invoices, payment process, writeoff, etc.)
- FDA application process.
- Problem Solving issue from the Supply Chain operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Monthly report to Management Team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ work experienced in Food & Beverage and Foodstuff Distribution field (a fast-moving foodservice business) with same position.
- Bachelor’s degree holder and related professional qualification (Diploma or Certification of Supply Chain Management).
- Good command MS office package.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong experienced in Supply Chain Management.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good personality and communication skills, a positive working attitude, hands-on and hardworking.
- Age between 25 – 35.
