Job Requirements

· Knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, HTML (CSS), XML (XSLT), and VBA

· Prefer having Project Experience in Spring, Struts, iBatis, Postgres SQL DB and Junit

· At least 6 year experience in System Development field, with at least 2 year experience of project

management of progress, quality, Issue/QA and Team management

· Prefer having Project Experience in Banking System

· Must have Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.

· Willing to accept challenge in difficult or inexperienced work

· Can manage resources of up to 20 members

· Able to communicate with team and customer actively

· Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written communication in Business level)

· Having Japanese Language Level N3 or above is a plus or English
