Job Description
- Managing and executing departmental budgets.
- Maintaining receiving, warehousing and processing of incoming stock and materials
- Controlling daily grain stocks, including measuring moisture
- Preparing daily report for grain, rice in silo and warehouse management
- Manage the warehouse and storage of all materials.
- Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
- Evaluating the performance of the assigned employees, delivering positive and or negative feedback and addressing any shortcomings.
- Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
Job Requirements
-Gender: Male.
-More prefer Single.
-Language: Good to be communicated in English language and more prefered in Chinese language.
-Education: Any Graduate
-Experience: Must have 5~6 year experiences in the same field.
-Skillful in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Must have Problem-solving abilities, Leadership capabilities, Teamwork skills, Safety and Security awareness, Organizational skills.
- Must work in Thilawa Township.
