Job Description
- Give orientation to new employees by providing orientation packets, company policy, etc.
- Deal with government office and labor processing.
- Support and assist in HR activities (e.g. Coordinating HR policies, procedure and relevant document).
- Align and implement the Company main policy in Kyaiklatt factory.
- Deal and handle for the factory daily labor process and payment.
- Reviewing job description for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with respective managers.
- Conduct and coordinate with management to ensure a timely report and solve the issue immediately.
- Manage conflicts and resolve complaints within the factory.
- Control factory daily administration tasks and set up principles for admin jobs.
- Prepare for a weekly HR and admin plan and report.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree (HRM certificate or diploma holder is preferable).
- Above 35 years old candidates are preferable.
- Above 6 years of experience in HR and admin field.
- Excellent English (Speaking and Writing) for business communication.
- Strong computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in Kyaiklat.
