Job Description
· Support manpower planning and ensure timely recruitment for factory and office positions.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process: posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and talent needs.
· Assist in identifying training needs for staff and production workers.
· Organize internal/external training programs and maintain training records.
· Support performance improvement initiatives.
· Support the annual performance appraisal cycle.
· Monitor probation evaluations and KPI progress.
· Provide coaching support to supervisors and line leaders on performance issues.
· Oversee attendance management, leave administration, and overtime approval.
· Coordinate monthly payroll data preparation for Finance/Payroll team.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
· Maintain a positive work environment and manage grievance handling.
· Assist in conducting employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and communication initiatives.
· Support disciplinary procedure processes and documentation.
· Supervise general administrative functions such as office management, security, housekeeping, canteen, transportation, and accommodation (if applicable).
· Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance according to factory regulations.
· Oversee purchases related to admin supplies, uniforms, PPE, and facility maintenance.
· Manage administrative budget and vendor relationships.
· Ensure HR practices comply with country labor laws, company regulations, and ISO standards.
· Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
· Prepare HR reports: turnover, attendance, recruitment status, incidents, etc.
· Supervise HR & Admin officers and support staff.
· Provide coaching, guidance, and task delegation.
· Support management in driving company culture and employee discipline.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
· HR certification is an advantage.
Experience
· Minimum 5–7 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
· Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
· Must be communicate English language.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
· Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and report preparation.
· Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle factory-related challenges.
· High integrity and confidentiality.
· Detail-oriented and proactive.
