Job Description
· Manage the recruitment process for factory workers, technicians, and support staff.
· Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
· Ensure new employees complete onboarding and orientation programs.
· Maintain manpower planning and support rapid recruitment needs due to production demand.
· Supervise attendance tracking systems (fingerprint, timesheets).
· Verify overtime, leave balance, shift arrangements, and absenteeism.
· Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with the payroll team.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company attendance policies.
· Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies.
· Conduct counseling and manage disciplinary actions following company procedures.
· Maintain factory discipline and support supervisors with employee issues.
· Assist in employee engagement activities and communication programs.
· Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
· Arrange training sessions for production operators, supervisors, and staff.
· Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
· Ensure accurate and updated employee personal files and HRIS records.
· Oversee preparation of HR reports such as turnover, absenteeism, and manpower status.
· Ensure factory HR practices comply with labor laws and health & safety regulations.
· Support internal and external audits (ISO, Labor Office, Compliance audits).
· Supervise HR assistants/officers and allocate daily tasks.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to HR team members
· Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of HR operations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
· At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
· Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law.
· Must be communicate English language.
· Good interviewing and communication skills.
· Ability to manage attendance and payroll-related tasks accurately.
· Strong people management and conflict-resolution abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· High integrity and confidentiality.
· Proactive and able to work independently.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
· Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
