Job Description

• Design and implement effective activations in liaison with the Brand Leads. This will be different for launch, grow, and maintenance Brands

• Build and continuously manage the rolling Marketing Activation Calendar across Brands, in liaison with the Marketing Team

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of success or failure for critical Brand activations, supporting the Brand Leads during key operational meetings (e.g., PM)

• Manage the field activation team. Help ensure clear delivery by the field activation team on the key Brand proposition in their consumer spiels, as well as adherence to the Brand Visual Identity in the activation experience and or outdoor Branding blitz

• Present monthly status to key stakeholders, including providing the Brand Leads the required budget proposals for approval on a quarterly basis (ad hoc as needed)

• Present to and consult with Marketing & Sales on competitive developments with a view to identifying new opportunities for improving activations. Within each keyactivation, propose possible actions that will lead to a direct consumer or customer purchase of the product, thus helping sales volumes and/or encouraging distribution by theretailer(s)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree ideally in business administration or mass communications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an activation manager in an Events Agency or in an FMCG or F&B environment

• Fluent in English

• Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail to both operations and costs, as well as an informal network with Event Agencies & third party personnel requirements

• Hands-on experience with managing multiple projects and leading at least four teams in the field, both in Yangon, Mandalay, and two key rural areas

• Above par communication and presentation skills

• Developed flexibility on project timings and at least 60% availability for travel

• Team player and culturally adaptable, with potential to grow within the role
