Job Description
· Be responsible for HR day to day operations, ensure HR administration / processes are executed efficiently with relevant control in place , and in line with defined HR policies and comply with internal and external regulations.
HR Processes including but not limited to :
· Data base management
- Recruitment process administration
- Exit Survey management
- Employee engagement activities
- Attendance and Leave management
- New hire administration
- On boarding process
- Benefits administration
· Manage monthly pay roll related data to provide staff payroll calculations precisely.
· Support performance management and talent management processes.
· Be the point of contact for employee relation issues and grievances; ensure proper management of any issues that raised
· Ensure compliance to Standard Labour Laws of the country and maintain relationship with the various Government Labour offices and ensure that reporting requirements are met.
· Compile and consolidate various reporting requirements, both regular reports and ad-hoc reporting .
· Complete various ad hoc HR tasks as assigned by Head of HR.
· The Company reserves the right to change the Employee’s place of work to any other location either temporarily or permanently as the business may require.
· The Employee may be required to travel both domestically or overseas in the performance of his or her duties.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Competency and Experience requirements
· University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas.
Job Requirements
· Partner with HR Team in effective execution of HR Operations in supporting the business.
· Carry Out with rigorous recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, assessment, hiring and contract administration are implemented per company standard and processes .
· Fill vacancies per time line.
· Min 5 years of human resources management, with increasing levels of experience in a medium to large organization, including working with startup business.
· Knowledge of Human Resources related programs, processes, tools, policies and guidelines and their application to complex organizational issues.
· Knowledge of organizational concepts, including: team management, organizational design, resource utilization and workforce planning.
· Proven experience in dealing with HR matters related to acquisitions and its derived components for the HR function (e.g. experience in due diligence, restructuring, among others).
