Job Requirements

v  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

v  2–3 years of experience in software development

v  Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell)

v  Familiarity with version control tools, databases, and dataset (optional but a plus)

v  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

v  Good communication and teamwork skills

v  Ability to adapt to different technologies as needed

v  Understand SDLC with Agile or Waterfall, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

v  Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

v  Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

v  Create and maintain technical documentation

v  Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
