· Monitor and manage Shield systems (CCTV, alarms, command center)

· Respond to incidents and coordinate rapid response with police, fire, and emergency services

· Conduct patrol planning and oversee field deployment of security teams

· Supervise alarm response and crisis management operations

· Maintain communication with clients and ensure service quality

· Perform site inspections and risk assessments

· Report incidents and prepare structured operational reports

· Coordinate with Command Center for intelligence and real-time updates

· Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety protocols

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred)

· 2–5 years experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military background preferred

· Strong situational awareness and crisis management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Basic technical understanding of CCTV, alarms, and security systems

Preferred

· Experience in command center or surveillance operations

· Familiarity with smart security systems / AI CCTV

· Leadership experience in field operations
